Michael Lima

Managing Director BSc MBA

Michael Lima is Managing Director of The Care Team.

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Economic Science and a Post Graduate Diploma QQI in International Business (BA Mc). Although born in Brazil Michael is fluent in English, Portuguese and, Spanish. Michael has held various management roles within the homecare sector over the last 8 years.

He joined All About Healthcare (The Care Team & Contact Care) in March 2020 as Recruitment Manager rose quickly through the ranks to his position today that of Managing Director.

In his current role he oversees the following departments: recruitment, human resources, finance, training, marketing & clinical operational and Compliance. Michael is an avid believer in ensuring our company delivers the highest possible standards in customer care.

Amy Walshe

Client Care Director

Amy Walshe is Client Care Director for The Care Team & Contact Care.

Amy oversees the company’s delivery of home care, to ensure that the service levels remain consistent and maintained at the highest standard.

Amy joined The Care Team 8 years ago, where she worked in the rostering department, her dedication and management skills allowed her to progress to her current role of Client Care Director.

In her current role, she oversees the following departments: Rostering, Supervision, Client Services and Care Assistants.

Amy uses her positive mindset and time management skills to ensure clients receive continuous quality of care.

Aoife Whelan 

Human Resources

Aoife Whelan is a nurse by background having trained in Our Lady’s Hospital Crumlin, and James Connolly Memorial Hospital Blancherstown. She also upskilled in the area of Information Technology having completed a course in Stillorgan College of Further Education in Software Applications and Business and Information Technology Skills.

She works in the admin and Human Resources department. Her experience as a nurse has been of great value especially when hiring carers and also taking general enquiries from prospective clients.

Linda Walsh

Human Resources Generalist

Linda Walsh is Human Resource Generalist for The Care Team. Linda Holds a BA Psychology (Hons.) University College Dublin and postgraduate in HR and Industrial relations Linda has worked in HR for the majority of her career.

Her previous experience in the Aviation and Media Industries across the broad HR spectrum has provided useful in supporting the HR function from recruitment, contracts, employment law and training.

Erwan Houëix 

HR, MSc – HR Administrator & Recruitment Support

After completing a MSc in Human Resources Management, Erwan worked as a training officer for an energy provider’s company.
Decided to face a new challenge in an English-speaking country, he moved from France to Ireland to join The Care Team as a recruitment intern.

After this successful interview and experience, he is now HR administrator and dedicated to support the company and all the carers!

Zornitsa Stamova

BSc, ERF CertRP – Recruitment and Marketing Manager

Zornitsa Stamova is the Recruitment and Marketing Manager for All about Healthcare (The Care Team and Contact Care). She oversees the recruitment and marketing strategies for both companies and is responsible for the recruitment process of all oversees candidates and their immigration matters. Zornitsa is also involved for the induction of all new employees and their smooth path in becoming part of All About Healthcare.

She comes from a social care background and worked as a social worker for 11 years. Zornitsa continued her studies with another degree in Business management, HR and Employment Law. Her extensive worldwide experience in Australia, United Kingdom, Bulgaria, and Ireland contributes to the outstanding achievements of All about Healthcare (The Care Team and Contact Care).

Zornitsa’s motto is “Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.

Douglas Pereira

Recruitment Administrator

Douglas Pereira is a Recruitment Administrator with over 10 years of customer service experience. Recently, Douglas graduated with an MBA in Human Resources Management. In his current role, he is responsible for recruiting new employees from various sources, leveraging his expertise to screen, interview, and select the best candidates for each role.

Douglas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and an MBA in Human Resources Management. He uses his positive attitude and eagerness to introduce new ideas to motivate his colleagues and contribute to the company’s success.

Susan O’Neill

BSc Hons, DIPM – Clients Services Manager
Susan has an Honours Degree in Bachelor of Arts in Applied Social Studies in Social Care Institute of Technology Blanchardstown (ITB) Ireland.  In 2010 Susan gained a Certificate in Counselling Skills (Approach to Interpersonal Communication), National University of Ireland, Maynooth, Ireland. Susan has also completed; Train the Trainer Level 6 with Professional Development Ltd, Ireland, and Certificate in Computer Skills (European Computer Driver’s Licence, ECDL BAPTEC and Certificate Manual Sign System (Lámh) for people with intellectual disabilities. Susan has a Diploma in Management with Dublin Institute of Technology. 
Susan has worked in a residential unit, Aisling Homes, Dublin for young people as a key worker working in partnership with children, young people, their family and social workers. From March 2008 to December 2012 Susan worked in Stewart’s Care as a Social Care Worker in a day centre that provides a service for adults with learning disabilities.  She held a post as a Case Manager under the Help at Home, Community Care Program for the Benevolent Society, Sydney. Susan is the Client Services Manager and oversees all client home care packages and ensures to provide a quality service. She advocates on behalf of clients when necessary. She provides management of client cases and facilitates professional development for staff within The Care Team.


Raissa Maciel

Client Assessement Co-ordinator

Raissa Maciel is the Client Assessment Coordinator. She has 6 years of experience in the healthcare industry, holding a QQI award and climbing the corporate ladder from carer to management. She previously had 12+ years’ experience in communications, holding an Honours Bachelor degree and a masters. She uses transferrable skills and works closely with cross-functional, dynamics and multicultural teams to coordinate the assessment process for new clients, including care needs and home risk assessments, care plans etc.

She does the communication with the HSE, hospitals, family members, clients, team of supervisors, managers and rostering to ensure that we deliver a person-centred high standard care. Raissa is also responsible for the KPI reports that the agency sends regularly to the HSE. Her focus is to deliver a personalised care to frail older persons and those with a disability, to help improve their lives and assist them to remain living independently. Also, to provide a good place to work to the team of healthcare assistants.

Noelia Medina Ramos

Roster Administrator

Noelia is from The Canary Islands & has been living in Ireland for many years now. Noelia works as a Roster Administrator where she coordinates client and carer schedules.

Noelia brings her interpersonal skills to her role, such as communication, empathy, dependability, motivation and teamwork. This helps her create positive professional relationships with both client and carers.

Rodrigo Guimaraes

Roster Administrator

Rodrigo is originally from Brazil & has called Ireland home for 6 years. He comes from a business administration background & has extensive experience in the financial service sector & client care.

He works in the rostering department ensuring that all our client visits are covered on a daily basis. Rodrigo’s customer service experience has really allowed him to build a successful relationship between both clients & staff.

Louise Burke

Client Services Supervisor

Louise comes from a business background & has extensive experience in the insurance/financial service sector & client care. She works as a Client Care Supervisor managing all aspects of our clients care daily.

Louise’s experience in customer care has helped her build a successful relationship between both clients & staff.

Megan Geraghty

Client Services Supervisor

Megan comes from a childcare background and has worked in the care industry for many years. She works as a Client Care Supervisor managing all aspects of our client’s needs daily.

Megan’s experience in the care industry and dealing with vulnerable clients has allowed her to build a successful relationship with both clients and staff.

Arturo Garcia

Client Services Supervisor
MSc in Emergency and Urgency Medicine/ RGN

Arturo is from Zaragoza, Spain. He has over 5 years of experience in various acute healthcare settings and a solid experience in the community care as an emergency nurse.

Arturo started within The Care Team as a Care Responder over the past 05-month and after his recent successful interview, Arturo now works as a Client Services Supervisor. He is responsible for delivering care, training and support to clients and healthcare assistants. He believes that community support is the first step to the well-being and health of the clients.
