About Us

Our main goal is to achieve and maintain excellence in care.

More about us

The Care Team is a home healthcare company that works within the social and medical model. The Care Team provide Home Care Packages under the guidance of the HSE. The number of hours of care delivered are determined by the local public health nurse. All of our homecare packages are overseen by Client Supervisors. Client Supervisors liaise with the public health nurses, manage, and monitor the delivery of care. Our clients receive care from a professional caregiver in the comfort of their own home. Carers work under care plans tailored to the client’s needs.
